Srividya is an Associate Partner with the Audit & Assurance practice.
She is based out of Mumbai and has over 20 years of extensive experience in statutory audit and assurance-advisory services Prior to joining MSKA, Srividya worked with other large audit firms in India, London, Bahrain and Singapore.
She is an expert in IFRS and Ind AS, particularly in relation to: financial instruments including derivatives, hedge accounting and debt-equity; consolidation and business combinations; and fair value measurement
She has led a number of Ind AS advisory engagements for non-banking finance companies and large manufacturing clients in India transitioning from Indian GAAP to Ind AS.
Srividya has also led the audits of NBFCs, multinational banks, sub-prime mortgage companies, commodities exchange, airlines and large manufacturing clients.
Srividya is an accredited IFRS/Ind AS trainer and has been a presenter at external events, webcasts and client training sessions. She has authored a number of thought leadership publications on Ind AS, including illustrative financial statements and accounting manuals.
Srividya has provided technical accounting consultations and performed pre-issuance reviews of financial statements of large, listed entities to ensure compliance with IFRS/IndAS accounting and disclosure standards.
